Appointments

Appointments can be booked up to a month in advance. Doctors appointments are of 10 minutes duration and an appointment is for a single consultation only. If other family members need to be seen, please ensure that you book each family member a separate appointment. Should you have a number of issues to discuss with the doctor, please advise the receptionist who will schedule extra time with the doctor.

Every effort is made to keep to time; however, given the complexity of some of our work, we would ask for your understanding if a surgery should be running late.

Urgent Appointments

We provide a telephone appointments service throughout the day during the hours 08:00 to 18:00. If patients have an urgent immediate need of medical advice or care on the day they are advised to ring the surgery.

Your name and contact details will be passed to a Duty Doctor who will call you back and after an initial assessment you will either be given advice over the telephone or booked in to see a Doctor later that same day.

Please remember it may not always be possible to see the doctor of your choice in an emergency.
