NHS Patient Registrations

We are accepting new NHS Patient Registrations, please call into the surgery or click the New Patients tab to complete a registration form,

DISABLED ONLY PARKING

We have a limited amount of disabled parking spaces available on site so please use the pay and display bays located on Upper Teddington Road.

Please do not park your car in front of the surgery building as this restricts access for emergency vehicles. 

 BUGGIES

For your convenience we have installed a Covered Buggie Park to the left side of the surgery building. Buggies are left at the owners risk however a lock bar has been installed for added security so please bring a lock with you when visiting us.  Buggies are not permitted in the surgery building however if your require any assistance with your children, please ask at reception - we will be happy to help.
